Expectations of Duties
We currently have positions available in our Transportation Planning and Transportation Design teams.
Transportation Planning: Duties will include traffic forecasting, traffic operations analysis of intersections and roadways, parking demand analysis, field reconnaissance to capture multi-modal conditions, and preparation of traffic impact studies, reports, and memos. Candidate will manage numerous tasks working with multiple teams and exhibit strong communication skills in technical writing and presentation of transportation analysis and recommendations.
Transportation Design: Duties will include preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and permit applications for projects including but not limited to traffic signals, roundabouts, illumination, roadway channelization, and signage. The candidate will also assist in performing construction administration duties including site visits, construction coordination meetings, and inspections.
Desired Experience and Skills
Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually and is based on experience and applicable skills and/or education.
